In the current situation that is not a possibility. Once the COVID-19 situation is under control, in-person sessions will be re-introduced.

Can you send teachers to company premises to teach?
In the current situation that is not a possibility. Once the COVID-19 situation is under control, in-company training will be re-introduced. You will be notified through our social media pages. Alternatively, for the moment, you can choose office solutions for your employees.
Do I get a certificate or a reference letter upon completion of the course?
Yes, depending on the duration of your course.
Do I need to pay in advance?
There are two choices: Weekly payment or Monthly payment. If you wish to book your days and timings for an entire month, advance payment is required. Weekly payments can be made after the sessions.
Do I need to sign a contract?
For short term or one-off sessions: NO. For monthly and yearly sessions: YES.
How are the Proofreading and Editing charges calculated?
They are calculated as per hour. The hourly rate can be calculated during the first free consultation.
How long are the courses?
This will be agreed according to your target. All sessions are flexible with at least two days of prior notice before session.
How much does it cost?
You will be given a quotation during your first free consultation session. All prices are negotiable depending on the nature of the selected agenda.
What are the payment methods?
Direct Bank transfer / Paypal / Revolut and similar.
What if I live in a different time zone?
Our teacher living in or around the nearest time zone to you will be assigned to you.
What is a typical teacher profile?
All teachers have been recruited based on their qualifications, experience and learner feedback. The teacher assigned to you will have thorough knowledge about the exam or focus that you require.
What is the duration of a session?
The minimum length for one session is 45 minutes and the maximum is 1 hour and 30 minutes with/without breaks.
Which platform do you use for Online teaching?
Any platform of your choice can be chosen. We also offer conversation classes over the phone. The current platforms used are: Zoom, Jitsi Meet, Google Meet and WhatsApp.
